Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as brand ambassador and front-face of Chanel, delivering end-to-end exceptional client experiences
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with clients through consistent, thoughtful outreach and engagement
- Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations informed by fashion trends and client needs
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and passion for the Chanel brand narrative and luxury positioning
- Maintain an elevated service standard that consistently surpasses client expectations
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive retail environment whilst supporting team initiatives

- Passion for luxury brands and fashion with a demonstrated knowledge of current trends

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service is preferred. Demonstrated track record of building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant fashion or retail certification is a plus.
