Chanel seeks an accomplished Senior Event Design Professional in Seoul to lead experiential marketing and luxury brand activation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design innovative, brand-aligned experiential events that reflect Chanel's aesthetic and heritage
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets and timelines while maintaining premium quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure events achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for premium event services and suppliers
- Develop creative briefs and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and client approval
Qualifications
- Proven track record of designing and executing high-profile luxury events
- Advanced proficiency in event design software and project management tools
- Demonstrated expertise in experiential marketing and brand storytelling
- Strong understanding of luxury market positioning and affluent consumer behavior
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Korean
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Design, or related field

7 years of progressive experience in luxury event design, production, or experiential marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity within the luxury goods sector
