Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the E-Commerce team within the UK Region, overseeing the full operations on Chanel.com.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies in collaboration with IT, Marketing, Digital Design, Operations, Logistics, Customer Care, and other digital expertise areas.
  • Manage site operations, campaign launches, online trading, and E-Services while contributing to the E-Commerce strategy.
  • Lead regional personalization and user experience testing to improve user journeys and conversion rate metrics.
  • Develop digital marketing performance channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the roadmap for site development and systems innovation, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Effectively manage the P&L budget in partnership with Finance and the Regional Head of E-Business.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience leading E-Commerce teams within digital business environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in E-Commerce trading, performance, and optimization.

Skills

Strong people management skills to guide and develop an E-Commerce team. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Highly proactive mindset with the ability to drive strategy and execution. Comprehensive knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, systems, and IT operational processes.

Experience

Over 6 years of experience leading E-Commerce teams within digital business environments.
