Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Korea Distribution Center network strategy and capability roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Drive transformational initiatives and innovation solutions to meet evolving business requirements and enhance operational resilience
- Lead sustainability strategy execution aligned with Chanel's net-zero ambition and environmental commitments
- Serve as primary liaison for Global and Regional distribution center projects, ensuring compliance with supply chain strategy and governance frameworks
- Develop and govern distribution center cost optimization and efficiency roadmap
- Lead and develop a high-performing distribution center organization with succession pipeline development and future-fit capability modeling
- Act as Control Tower for DC operations across all business divisions, ensuring cross-divisional alignment and decision-making effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with business divisions to anticipate and respond to changing business demands
- Serve as key stakeholder contact for Global, Regional, internal, and external partners including government authorities
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture with strong engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure career development and capability uplift
- Ensure end-to-end distribution center operational excellence across all business divisions
- Maintain operational KPIs aligned with business service charter and market requirements
- Monitor distribution center processes to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous productivity improvement
- Lead governance including service charter management, risk management, health and safety standards, and security compliance
- Collaborate with Regional Supply Chain team to maintain proper goods flow to Korean market and between Asia-Pacific markets
- Drive system and process optimization, upgrades, and standardization initiatives
- Ensure local distribution center operations are harmonized with Regional guidelines and best practices
- Lead vendor performance management and ensure operational delivery excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated track record managing teams of 20+ employees

Experience
10+ years of managerial experience including 5+ years in senior managerial role, with strong supply chain and distribution center logistics background. Proven track record leading large teams in complex logistics environments with multi-divisional accountability.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
