Chanel seeks a Senior Digital Project Manager for fragrances and beauty in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Lead transformational digital initiatives in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional digital projects within the fragrances and beauty division, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Oversee the digital transformation roadmap for product launches, ecommerce platforms, and customer engagement solutions
- Coordinate between product development, marketing, technology, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and stakeholder expectations, implementing corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading digital projects within luxury beauty, fragrances, or related consumer goods sectors
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with budget and resource accountability
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, ecommerce, digital marketing, and omnichannel retail strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership levels
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in digital or technology-driven roles within luxury goods, beauty, fragrances, or premium consumer sectors. Prior experience with product launches, digital platform deployments, or omnichannel transformations is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is preferred.
