Chanel Fragrances & Beauty seeks a Senior Digital Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead innovative digital interface and experience design projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze brand communication needs and user expectations to propose engaging, memorable customer experiences aligned with brand image objectives and technical requirements
- Frame and oversee digital interface and user experience design projects from conception through master delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Brief and coordinate internal teams (UX/UI design, copywriting, production) and external partners, maintaining cohesion, quality standards, and project scheduling
- Actively participate in user journey development alongside UX/UI designers to create intuitive and consistent user experiences
- Present and defend experience and interface design proposals with UX/UI designers before stakeholders to gather constructive feedback and guide design decisions
- Oversee digital product development, ensuring development fidelity to approved design mockups
- Lead functional testing and quality assurance processes to verify deliverable compliance with expectations
- Facilitate user testing sessions in partnership with the UX designer to extract actionable insights for design refinement and optimization
- Support and guide creative teams in international markets on project deployment and localized initiative implementation
- Maintain visual consistency of user interfaces in accordance with Chanel's brand guidelines and contemporary design trends
- Monitor digital product performance and extract learnings to drive continuous improvement of interface creation and effectiveness
- Gather feedback from internal and international teams to identify strengths and improvement opportunities, integrating insights into future practices
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for managing and coordinating interface and user experience design projects, with comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and scalability
- Conduct ongoing market surveillance to identify innovative digital experiences, emerging design trends, sectoral best practices, and category-leading innovations; communicate findings to creative teams
- Explore emerging technologies and methodologies in UX/UI design to propose cutting-edge solutions
- Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to anticipate future needs and drive user experience innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, ideally in the luxury sector
- Expertise in digital innovation, multi-device environments, and international project execution
- Strong mastery of IT tools and project management software
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital platforms, interface design, and customer communication
- Demonstrated expertise in digital project management
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within dynamic teams
- Autonomous, proactive, curious, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong analytical capabilities and organizational acumen
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, essential for international and multicultural environments
