Chanel seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Paris to transform data into strategic insights for the Fashion Division. Requires 7+ years analytics experience, Power BI, SQL, Python expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce client and business analyses to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Analyze customer performance, retail metrics, and collection data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting tools
- Conduct in-depth analyses on recruitment, customer retention, engagement, and loyalty initiatives
- Present clear, impactful recommendations to business teams and senior management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand Image, Customer Experience, Retail, Marketing, and other departments to address business priorities and enhance customer intelligence
- Work closely with regional and global teams to foster a data-driven culture and promote analytical best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Client Analytics, or equivalent analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with cloud data environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities with demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to translate sophisticated analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline

Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Client Analytics, or equivalent analytical roles. Prior experience in the luxury sector is highly advantageous, as is demonstrated proficiency in CRM, Client Intelligence, and Retail Analytics environments. Management or mentorship experience of analytical teams is valued.
Education
Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
