Chanel seeks an experienced Senior CRM Executive in Ho Chi Minh City to lead customer relationship strategies and drive client engagement in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and retention across all Chanel touchpoints
  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform and database, ensuring data integrity and segmentation accuracy for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Lead clienteling initiatives to deliver personalized luxury brand experiences and build lasting relationships with high-value clientele
  • Collaborate with retail, digital, and marketing teams to align customer experience strategies and drive omnichannel engagement
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value and conversion rates
  • Train and mentor CRM team members on best practices, tools, and client management protocols

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in senior CRM or customer relationship management roles within luxury retail or high-end consumer goods
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
