Chanel seeks a Corporate Communications Senior Executive in Hong Kong to lead internal communications strategy across North Asia, managing content creation, employee engagement, and regional-global alignment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and curate high-quality content for internal audiences including intranet, newsletters, and leadership messages to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Partner with global and market teams to manage translation requests and ensure quality and consistency of communications
  • Oversee the effectiveness and evolution of all internal communications platforms, driving adoption, usability, and measurable impact
  • Ensure communications tools and channels are leveraged strategically to maximize employee engagement and information flow
  • Collaborate with People & Organisation and business teams to communicate culture, transformation, and strategic business initiatives
  • Partner with P&O to develop and execute internal engagement activities and campaigns that enhance community bonds across the regional team
  • Cascade global content and messaging while adapting for regional specificity and market-level consistency
  • Represent the region in global editorial forums to ensure two-way communication and regional influence at the global level
  • Support external corporate communications initiatives to build, enhance, and protect the brand's image and reputation in North Asia

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Outstanding content development skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences, occasions, and platforms
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively with global and local colleagues and partners
  • Familiarity with digital and social media communications channels and their strategic advantages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and driving outcomes in a collaborative environment

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in Communications or Corporate Strategy are preferred.
