Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of VIP and priority clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Drive sales performance and meet individual and boutique KPIs by converting relationships into repeat and incremental revenue.
  • Deliver a seamless omnichannel client experience by coordinating appointments, private viewings, bespoke orders and after-sales follow-up.
  • Plan and execute exclusive client events, product previews and intimate appointments in partnership with the boutique management and marketing teams.
  • Analyse client data and purchasing trends to identify opportunities, inform outreach strategies and optimise client retention.
  • Mentor and coach junior client advisors on maison standards, clienteling techniques and luxury sales etiquette.
  • Maintain impeccable client records and confidentiality, ensuring accuracy in CRM and compliance with data protection policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail clienteling or private client sales, ideally within fashion, leather goods or haute couture.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated clientele.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with polished telephone and email etiquette.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by boutique trading and client appointments.

Experience
