Chanel is hiring a Senior Client Care Manager in London to lead client relationship initiatives and premium service operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of client care professionals, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence
- Develop and implement client retention strategies and loyalty programmes aligned with Chanel's brand values
- Oversee client communication protocols and ensure consistent, personalised service delivery across all channels
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify service improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with retail, e-commerce, and wholesale teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Manage escalated client concerns and complex relationship issues with discretion and expertise

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in client services, client relationship management, or client care team leadership, preferably within luxury goods, high-end retail, or luxury hospitality sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
