Chanel seeks Senior Business Finance Professional for Sustainability role in Seoul. Lead ESG financial strategy and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial frameworks for sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate ESG strategy
- Analyze cost-benefit and return-on-investment scenarios for environmental and social programs
- Monitor and report on sustainability-related financial metrics and performance against strategic targets
- Collaborate with sustainability, operations, and finance teams to ensure integrated financial planning
- Prepare comprehensive sustainability financial disclosures and regulatory compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or financial planning within a luxury or multinational organization
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB), and relevant regulations
