Chanel seeks Senior Brand Communications Manager for North Asia based in Hong Kong. Lead PR strategy across Fashion, Fragrance, and Fine Jewelry divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cohesive, innovative public relations and communications strategies across the North Asia region spanning Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions
- Serve as strategic advisor to division and market teams, elevating brand visibility and leadership through compelling storytelling and tailored communications campaigns
- Build influence across 360 touchpoints through influencer partnerships, content creators, and celebrity collaborations to enhance brand leadership
- Partner with global divisions, regional teams, and local market PR experts to cultivate an integrated community of communications professionals
- Identify and capitalize on cross-market opportunities to maximize impact and synergy across the North Asia region
- Participate in global editorial forums and influence committees, ensuring two-way communication and representing regional perspectives
- Demonstrate mastery of PR and social media trends, particularly across Mainland China and Korea markets, to provide strategic counsel
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, media relations, or social media
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful, high-impact PR and communications campaigns
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese or Korean highly advantageous
- Deep multi-market experience and knowledge of Mainland China and South Korea
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to cultivate strong internal and external partnerships
- Innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures

Experience
Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, media relations, or social media across both in-house and agency environments. Multi-market experience with demonstrated expertise in Mainland China and South Korea markets is critical.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
