Chanel Senior Brand Communications Manager role in Hong Kong, leading North Asia communications strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand communications strategies across North Asia
- Lead media relations and manage proactive outreach to key journalists and publications
- Create and oversee content strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and regional market dynamics
- Manage crisis communications and stakeholder engagement during sensitive situations
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and executive teams to ensure message consistency
- Monitor media coverage and competitive landscape, providing insights to senior leadership
- Represent the brand at industry events and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or brand management
- Proven track record in luxury or premium consumer brands
- Deep understanding of North Asian media landscape and cultural nuances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or brand management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic capacity. Demonstrated expertise in the luxury fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods sector is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing communications across multiple Asian markets is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MA in Communications) is a plus.
