Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Direction Sûreté des Activités Mode in daily security operations across fashion sites, boutiques and events.
- Assist with access control, site patrol coordination and monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems.
- Contribute to incident logging, preliminary investigations and the preparation of clear, timely reports.
- Participate in risk assessments, loss-prevention activities and the implementation of security procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (security contractors, facility teams) to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide logistical and on-site support during fashion shows, product launches and high-profile visits.
- Maintain confidential records, update contact lists and support the drafting of security briefings and checklists.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme relevant to security, risk management, law, business continuity or facilities management (bachelor’s or master’s level).
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage concurrent administrative and operational tasks.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
- Good observational skills and an aptitude for following procedures and reporting accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support events and peak operational periods.

Experience
Previous internship or entry-level experience in security, facilities, events or a related operational environment is advantageous but not required; demonstrable interest in protective services and loss-prevention within a retail or fashion context is expected.
Education
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in security management, risk management, law, business continuity, facilities management or a closely related discipline.
