Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily corporate security and safety operations across Paris head offices and selected sites.
- Assist with access control, visitor management and coordination with reception and facilities teams.
- Participate in incident reporting, follow‑up and maintenance of security logs and databases.
- Help conduct site walkthroughs, basic risk assessments and identification of safety improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to emergency response planning, drills and the preparation of clear, concise procedures.
- Liaise with external providers (CCTV, alarm, security patrols) and coordinate minor vendor activities.
- Prepare presentations, summary reports and documentation for the security team and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an approved alternance/work‑study programme (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in security management, risk management, law, engineering or related discipline.
- Eligible to undertake an alternance contract in France.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and stakeholder etiquette.
- Availability to be based in Paris and to attend occasional early/late shifts or on‑call duties during exercises.
