Chanel seeks a Seasonal Counter Coverage Consultant in Melbourne for November–December. Flexible beauty advisor role across boutiques and counters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct beauty consultations and makeovers for both existing and prospective clients, leveraging extensive knowledge of Chanel's creations
- Drive advocacy and awareness of Chanel fragrance and beauty products to onboard new clients, with responsibility for traffic engagement and appointment booking
- Uphold Chanel's exceptional in-store experience and brand image across all points of contact
- Collaborate seamlessly with boutique teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners to ensure operational continuity and superior client experiences
- Support counter operations through gift wrapping services and CRM-related activities during peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities with a genuine client-centric mindset
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty industry trends and confidence in discussing and applying a diverse range of cosmetic and fragrance products
- Exceptional energy and enthusiasm for engaging clients during high-volume trading periods

- Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster including regular evening and weekend shifts, with expanded hours during November and December
Skills
Experience
