Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and organize finished products, raw materials, and semi-finished goods from production sites to prevent product accumulation.
- Ensure the quantity of products supplied, received, and stored aligns with the current procedural guidelines.
- Regularly eliminate and dispose of products whose shelf life in the sample library has expired.
- Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the storage area, alerting technical services in case of issues.
- Assist the Cosmeto-Vigilance team and other departments in locating samples for loans.
- Follow up with departments on delayed sample returns and update SAP status for unreturned products.
Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma.
Skills
Experience
No specific prior experience is required, but familiarity with inventory management or similar roles is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
