Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the boutique, including stock management and contributing to overall team performance in a refined setting.
- Welcome, assist, and advise clients, introducing them to the Chanel Fragrance & Beauty universe with personalized and attentive service.
- Actively participate in sales activities, guiding clients in their selections and sharing enthusiasm for Chanel's olfactory creations and beauty products.
- Embody and convey Chanel's values of excellence, elegance, and authenticity to every visitor.
- Foster a team spirit by contributing to the boutique's success with humility, openness, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a higher education program, seeking a mandatory internship.
- Availability from June 1st to September 5th, five days a week including weekends, in Geneva.
- Passion for perfumery, beauty, or the luxury sector, with a strong service orientation and a desire to embody Chanel's values.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and customer service is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing higher education.
