Chanel seeks a Sales Manager for its Beverly Hills Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique to lead a luxury sales team and drive business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive scale and growth of the Watches and Fine Jewelry business across all segments (Watches, Fine Jewelry, High Jewelry) through strategic sales initiatives and cross-divisional partnerships with Fashion colleagues
- Develop and execute targeted client engagement strategies by partnering with the CRM team to identify business opportunities, activate client lists, and coordinate curated outreach and follow-up
- Lead and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, with consistent presence on the selling floor and ongoing training in Chanel Savoir Faire, sales techniques, and service excellence
- Partner closely with the Boutique Director to foster communication and collaboration between the Fashion and Watches and Fine Jewelry divisions, identifying shared client opportunities and supporting mutual growth
- Oversee all aspects of the business including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, event activations, and partnerships with Home Office teams
- Build and maintain a positive, diverse, and inclusive working environment that encourages feedback, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Drive key business metrics including recruitment, retention, conversion rates, and data capture; lead with agility and resilience while continuously improving based on KPIs and lessons learned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail management or high-end watches and fine jewelry sales
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire sales teams
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in CRM systems and client relationship management
- Ability to balance strategic business planning with hands-on client engagement
- Physical ability to lift 15 lbs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail, watches and fine jewelry sales, or equivalent boutique management roles. Prior experience managing sales teams in a high-end retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 121,000 per annum.
