Chanel seeks an experienced Sales Manager for its Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive boutique to lead the watches and fine jewelry team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the watches and fine jewelry sales team to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives
- Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure exceptional client service standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies for luxury watches and fine jewelry collections
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, clienteling techniques, and brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and visual presentation of timepieces and jewelry
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clientele and high-net-worth individuals
- Analyze sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize results
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales management
- In-depth knowledge of watches, horology, and fine jewelry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills

Experience
5+ years of retail management experience in luxury watches or fine jewelry, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within a prestige brand environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred
