Chanel Sales Manager - Shoes Corner position at Rinascente Tritone, Rome. Lead luxury footwear sales team and drive performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Shoes Corner department, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel standards
- Manage and motivate sales staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and coaching to achieve individual and team targets
- Drive sales performance through strategic planning, merchandising optimization, and conversion rate improvement
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure optimal stock levels of footwear styles and sizes to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal strategies to enhance sales velocity and customer engagement
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within luxury footwear retail to maintain competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail manager or sales leader in luxury fashion, preferably in shoes or fashion accessories
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards, customer service protocols, and brand positioning
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in Italian and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury fashion, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager-level role. Prior experience managing footwear or accessories departments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail management or hospitality is advantageous.
