Chanel seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the fashion sales team at the iconic 19 rue Cambon boutique in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring high standards of style expertise and customer experience delivery across the boutique
- Implement and communicate the Maison's strategic vision to the sales team through regular briefings and performance reviews
- Coach team members on-site to elevate their understanding of the brand's heritage, product knowledge, and clienteling approach
- Foster team collaboration and enthusiasm through dynamic leadership and transparent communication
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and revenue optimization
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance revenue generation, customer retention, and client experience metrics
- Maintain compliance with boutique operational procedures and the Chanel Boutique Charter across all departments
- Supervise product visibility and visual merchandising alignment, collaborating with the visual merchandising team
- Oversee inventory optimization, including stock management, sell-through targets, and reconciliation processes
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Chanel through personalized client engagement and participation in client-facing events and internal projects
- Orchestrate collection purchasing decisions in alignment with boutique budget, brand identity, and client preferences
- Collaborate with peer Sales Managers to ensure optimal assortment and personalized styling recommendations
- Conduct quantitative analysis of sales data and provide strategic recommendations linked to business performance and product strategy

Experience
A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, preferably within a fashion or premium beauty environment. Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team in a boutique or flagship retail setting. Demonstrated expertise in driving sales performance, client experience enhancement, and team development in a high-volume, client-centric luxury context.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience demonstrating equivalent competency in retail operations, team leadership, and luxury brand management.
