Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and coaching them to expert levels of style expertise and client experience
  • Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve targets, implementing action plans to develop business performance and customer loyalty
  • Conduct regular team briefings and follow-up meetings to motivate the team toward commercial objectives and individual development goals
  • Enforce boutique procedures and brand charter compliance, ensuring optimal product visibility and inventory management
  • Orchestrate collection purchases within budget constraints while maintaining the boutique's distinct identity, collaborating with peers to optimize assortment
  • Analyze sales data and collection feedback to make informed purchasing recommendations aligned with business strategy
  • Represent the Chanel brand through personalized client interactions, event participation, and contributions to internal and external luxury sector initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports to the Boutique Director on team activities and performance metrics
