Chanel is hiring a Sales Manager in Madrid to lead boutique sales, client relations and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead boutique commercial performance by setting and delivering sales targets, KPIs and business plans.
- Recruit, coach and develop sales advisors to maintain exemplary client service and product knowledge.
- Drive high-value clienteling activities including VIP servicing, private appointments and after-sales follow-up.
- Oversee daily retail operations: staffing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
- Implement brand directives for visual merchandising, store presentation and promotional events.
- Analyse sales metrics and customer data to identify opportunities, adjust tactics and report to regional management.
- Manage stock replenishment, product flow and coordination with supply chain and wholesale teams when required.
- Represent the boutique at brand and local events, cultivating relationships with clients and local partners.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in luxury retail or premium fashion, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, talent development and performance management.
- Advanced clienteling expertise and experience managing VIP relationships and private client events.
- Excellent commercial acumen with ability to interpret sales reports and translate data into action.
- Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
- High standards of presentation, discretion and brand representation.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, demonstrating successful team leadership and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
