Chanel is hiring a Sales Manager for its Frankfurt boutique to lead sales operations, manage team performance, and drive customer excellence (full-time, permanent).
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize sales processes and workflows within the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the sales team and foster an inspiring work environment
- Analyze and track boutique-relevant KPIs and develop targeted action plans for sustainable performance improvement
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures across all sales operations
- Collaborate closely with the Fashion Training team on continuous professional development initiatives for team members
Qualifications
- Completed degree or vocational training qualification
- Several years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in managing demanding clientele with excellent service orientation and commitment
- Results-oriented mindset with strategic capability
- Digital proficiency and secure handling of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Several years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or technical leadership position within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
Education
Completed degree or vocational training qualification
