Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Fashion Advisors and Assistant Supervisors to ensure alignment with the House's strategy.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their style expertise and client experience.
  • Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives through regular one-to-one follow-up meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to develop and implement the boutique's overall business strategy.
  • Oversee compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
  • Propose suggestions for enhancing client experience and boutique operational efficiency.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure progress towards goals.
  • Assist in the buying of collections for the boutique, respecting budget and guidelines.
  • Perform quantitative analyses to inform business and product strategy recommendations.
  • Develop action plans to enhance business performance.
  • Report regularly to Boutique Management.
  • Ensure product line visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
  • Optimize inventory management and monitor sell-through and inventory objectives.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of client experience in line with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in client events and embody the brand's environmental and societal values.
