Chanel seeks Sales Manager Assistant for 6-month internship in Cannes boutique. Support retail operations and team management in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Managers in organizing and optimizing sales team schedules and daily operations
- Ensure adherence to boutique procedures and brand charter standards
- Coordinate boutique opening procedures including team briefing, point-of-sale preparation, and horological display setup
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique
- Track client reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique product transfers
- Welcome and advise clients during periods of high customer traffic
- Supervise merchandise restocking, arrangement, and inventory organization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduate of a business or university program
- Demonstrated experience in luxury goods retail
- Fluent English speaker
- Advanced proficiency in computer systems and software
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
Skills
Experience
First experience in luxury retail sales required. Background in retail operations or boutique management preferred.
Education
Business school degree or university qualification required.
