Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and direct them to available Fashion Advisors.
• Manage client flow and provide beverage service.
• Support sales activities and assist with product-wrapping ceremonies.
• Keep the sales floor organized and attractively presented.
• Assist with visual merchandising and implementation of new collections.
• Maintain work tools in good order and replenish sales-floor supplies.
• As needed during busy periods or team-member absences, assist with back-of-house or sales-floor activities, including stock management, daily merchandise deliveries and cycle counts.
• Optimize stock.
• Support after-sales service.
• Assist in preparing client events and gifts.
• Conduct analysis related to boutique activity.

Qualifications

• Passion for client experience, details, fashion and luxury.
• Self-driven, positive and independent.
• Trustworthy, with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Live in or around Knokke and be available in December.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.
