Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by executing consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across fashion, leather goods and beauty lines.
- Maintain an immaculate boutique environment and implement visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling while ensuring accuracy of client and sales records in store systems.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, stock counts and receiving deliveries in line with boutique procedures.
- Participate in private client appointments, product launches and in-store events to maximise client engagement and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales in luxury retail or premium fashion, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and discreet approach appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Professional presentation and strong sense of fashion and brand awareness.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive sales experience in luxury retail or premium fashion environments; experience with high-value client relationships and private client appointments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or hospitality preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Panama City, Panama Province, Panama.
