Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized shopping journey within the boutique
- Deliver an exceptional, warm, and bespoke experience tailored to each client's desires, personality, and morphology in alignment with Chanel's aesthetic
- Advise clients across all product lines and build a cohesive silhouette that reflects their individual style and Chanel's design philosophy
- Cultivate and maintain privileged client relationships through strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy
- Develop and expand the client database while fostering long-term loyalty to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit
- Serve as an ambassador of Chanel's style, heritage, and savoir-faire, captivating clients through compelling storytelling and deep product knowledge
- Meet performance objectives and actively propose initiatives to drive commercial results
- Leverage inventory knowledge strategically to enhance sales performance and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Master and apply sales protocols and procedures; gather and communicate client feedback to management to inform future purchasing decisions
