Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele at the CHANEL Shoe Boutique in KaDeWe Berlin, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and appointment-led service.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique standards including visual merchandising, window and fixture presentation consistent with Chanel guidelines.
  • Possess and maintain deep product knowledge of Chanel footwear collections, advising on fit, materials and care to enhance the client experience.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and manage returns in accordance with company policy; ensure cash handling and transaction integrity.
  • Manage stock reception, replenishment and inventory control; liaise with stockroom and logistics for allocation and transfers.
  • Coordinate with boutique management and the wider store teams for client events, private appointments and launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high-end retail sales and a polished, service-oriented manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and cultivate repeat business.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to luxury standards in presentation and client care.
  • Reliable organisational skills, including basic numeracy for transaction processing and inventory tasks.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or sales is desirable.
