Chanel in London seeks a Part Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised client service that reflects Chanel’s standards and cultivates long-term relationships.
- Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets through proactive clientelling, appointment management and walk-in conversion.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and beauty; communicate product features and provenance persuasively.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and gift services accurately and in accordance with brand policy.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards; ensure boutique areas and inventory are organised and immaculate.
- Support stock management: receiving, replenishment, tagging and basic inventory reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the team on client follow-up, private appointments and after-sales care; ensure meticulous record-keeping in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within fashion, accessories or beauty (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and clientelling skills with a service-oriented demeanour and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
- Professional discretion, impeccable grooming and adherence to Chanel’s standards of conduct.
- Fluent English; additional language skills (French or another European language) desirable.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment; demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and to contribute to sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury brand service is an advantage.
