Role & Responsibilities
- Build and continually cultivate client relationships through proactive engagement
- Provide individualized styling consultation leveraging product expertise and fashion knowledge
- Execute sales across Chanel's prêt-à-porter, accessories, watches, and jewelry categories
- Utilize digital tools and systems to enhance client experience and optimize retail operations
- Collaborate seamlessly with boutique team and assume ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Participate in and support boutique events and seasonal activations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Relevant experience in a service-oriented retail or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with intuitive understanding of client needs
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in a service-oriented retail or hospitality environment is required. Prior exposure to luxury fashion retail, client advisory, or high-end sales is preferred but not mandatory for junior candidates demonstrating strong potential.
Education
Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) or university degree in any discipline. Candidates with formal training in fashion, retail management, or related fields are advantageous but not required.
