Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor for its Munich boutique. Full-time, initially contract position in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through attentive, consultative engagement
- Provide personalized styling expertise and individual product consultation across all Chanel collections
- Drive sales across the exclusive ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and jewelry categories
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to optimize the client experience and track interactions
- Collaborate actively with team members and assume ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Participate in in-boutique events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field (retail, fashion, business, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a service-oriented or retail environment
- Natural sales talent with intuitive understanding of client needs and purchasing behavior
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in a service-oriented environment, ideally in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors. Background in client-facing sales roles is highly valued.
Education
Successfully completed vocational training or university degree; retail or fashion credentials are advantageous.
