Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up and engagement
- Provide expert styling consultation and fashion guidance tailored to individual client preferences
- Execute sales of exclusive Chanel collections across ready-to-wear, accessories, timepieces, and fine jewelry
- Utilize digital platforms and client relationship tools to optimize the client experience
- Collaborate actively within the boutique team while assuming individual accountability for assigned areas
- Participate in boutique events and special initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, bachelor's degree, or proven relevant experience in luxury retail sales
- Innate sales talent with intuitive understanding of client needs and purchasing behavior
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and service excellence
Skills
Experience
Completed vocational training, academic qualification, or equivalent professional experience in a comparable luxury retail or advisory role.
Education
Completed commercial or fashion-related vocational training, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
