Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Managers in directing sales teams and coordinating daily operational missions
- Optimize sales team scheduling and manage on-the-ground organization including restocking and inventory arrangement
- Ensure implementation and compliance with boutique procedures and the Chanel Boutique Charter
- Coordinate boutique opening operations including team briefings, supply allocation, and jewelry display setup
- Monitor and manage merchandising standards across the store
- Track reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers
- Provide customer reception and advisory services during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Student from a business school or university
- First experience in luxury sales
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and retail
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency with IT tools and software

Experience
First experience in luxury sales required; background in retail or customer-facing roles in the luxury sector preferred.
