Role & Responsibilities
- Assist boutique sales advisors with client reception, personalised service and follow‑up communications.
- Support daily sales operations including point‑of‑sale transactions, gift wrapping and sales reporting.
- Maintain product presentation and implement visual merchandising guidelines to uphold brand standards.
- Participate in inventory control tasks: receiving, tagging, replenishment and basic stock reconciliation.
- Contribute to clienteling activities by updating client records and coordinating appointment logistics.
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales documentation, filing and ad‑hoc boutique tasks.
- Ensure the boutique environment reflects Chanel’s standards for cleanliness, display and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (business, fashion, retail management or related field).
- Professional demeanour with a polished presentation appropriate for a luxury retail setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Availability for the summer period as specified by the internship (full‑day boutique hours).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
