Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients during visits, ensuring seamless communication with reception, client marketing, stock, cashier, and hospitality staff.
- Support the sales team by preparing the boutique's salons and managing logistics during client appointments.
- Recommend fashion silhouettes to sales managers during purchasing sessions, tailored to specific key accounts.
- Oversee the management of transfers, deliveries, shipments, and returns.
- Assist sales staff with reservation tracking and the management of loaned items.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage after-sales service and alterations, including creating CASS sheets and tracking repair stages.
- Support sales associates in managing customer requests and special orders for key accounts.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is required.
