Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the unique style and heritage of the Chanel House within a Cannes retail location
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the House's values and codes
- Provide personalized, consultative service that builds client confidence and trust
- Present and recommend products across the entire Mode collection
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through genuine engagement
- Contribute to team performance and boutique excellence with elegance, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education through advanced diploma (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
- Genuine passion for the Chanel House, fashion, and luxury retail
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments
- Strong commercial acumen and service orientation
