Chanel seeks Sales & Stock Support in Vancouver. Full-time contract role (Oct–Dec 2026) supporting boutique operations, inventory, and client service. CAD $56,500/year.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by telephone, responding promptly to all internal and external queries while ensuring clients remain informed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, clients, and management, including prompt responses to requests from boutique and head office personnel
  • Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying Chanel standards of client service including welcoming clients, presenting collections, and escorting clients to the door
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across boutiques and with Chanel Head Office as required
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping to Chanel standards
  • Accurately document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors on a timely basis
  • Maintain current memos and information notices throughout boutique staff areas
  • Support inventory management including shipment processing, transfers, cycle counts, and consolidation
  • Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity and organization
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas, cash stations, and wrap stations
  • Ensure confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs at all times

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in retail operations and/or stock management
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to prioritize client satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and teams
  • Fluent English proficiency; second language is an asset

Experience

1–3 years of retail operations and/or stock management experience, preferably in a luxury retail or boutique environment.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 56,500 per annum.
