Chanel Sales & Stock Support Specialist, Vancouver. Permanent full-time role at $55,000 CAD providing administrative, inventory, and customer service support to the boutique team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and via telephone, responding promptly to internal and external inquiries and keeping clients appropriately informed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, including rapid response to requests from clients, boutique management, and head office
  • Assist on the sales floor as required, applying Chanel standards of service including client greeting, collection presentations, and professional escort protocols
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with colleagues across boutiques and Chanel head office
  • Prepare packaging and gift wrapping, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
  • Accurately document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
  • Support inventory management operations including shipments, transfers, and cycle count consolidation
  • Execute post-sale administrative tasks and ensure inventory integrity and organization
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas, cash stations, and wrap stations
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock management
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Customer service orientation
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams
  • Fluent English; a second language is preferred

Experience

1–3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock management, including exposure to shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 55,000 per annum.
