Chanel Sales & Stock Support Associate in Toronto, Canada – 5-month contract role supporting retail operations and inventory management at the Bloor Boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by phone, responding promptly to internal and external queries and ensuring clients remain informed
- Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, including prompt response to requests from Boutique Management and Head Office
- Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying Chanel customer service standards including welcoming clients and presenting new collections
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across boutiques and with Chanel Head Office
- Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels
- Accurately document messages and deliver them to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
- Maintain current memos and information notices in staff areas
- Ensure absolute confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs
- Assist in inventory management including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts consolidation
- Execute after-sales tasks and maintain inventory integrity and organization
- Keep back-office areas clean and organized at all times
- Prepare and stock cash and wrap stations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of successful retail operations and/or stock experience
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Customer service orientation and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively across different departments and teams
- Fluent in English; second language is a plus

Experience
1–3 years of retail operations and/or stock experience in a customer-facing or administrative capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or supply chain certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 55,000 per annum.
