Sales & Stock Support Specialist at Chanel's Toronto flagship boutique—full-time role supporting retail operations, inventory, and client services. Base salary CAD $55k + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by telephone, responding promptly to internal and external queries while ensuring clients remain informed
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service to colleagues, including rapid response to requests from clients, boutique management, and head office
  • Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying Chanel service standards including client welcomes, collection presentations, and courteous escort services
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across boutiques and with Chanel head office as required
  • Prepare packaging and execute gift wrapping services for client parcels
  • Document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
  • Maintain current memos and information notices posted throughout staff areas
  • Safeguard absolute confidentiality of company commercial activities and internal affairs
  • Assist in inventory management including shipments, transfers, and cycle count consolidation
  • Execute after-sales administrative tasks and ensure inventory organization and integrity
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas
  • Prepare and stock cash and wrap stations as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of successful retail operations and/or stock management experience
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Customer service orientation and delivery excellence
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills preferred

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, stock management, or related back-of-house boutique environments.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 55,000 per annum.
