Chanel seeks a Sales & Stock Support in Toronto — support boutique sales, stock control and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique sales advisors by preparing product for presentation, assisting with client appointments and executing luxury-standard client service.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; ensure accurate labelling, tagging and secure storage in the stockroom.
- Execute daily stock replenishment and floor moves to maintain visual and merchandising standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory reconciliations; report discrepancies and support loss-prevention protocols.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with brand procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update CRM/ERP systems with sales and inventory information as required.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique upkeep, including housekeeping of back-of-house areas and replenishment of display stock.
- Prepare shipping/packaging for client deliveries, manage store paperwork and produce daily sales or stock reports for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally within premium or luxury brands; stockroom or inventory handling experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach and discretion appropriate to luxury retail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail periods; capability to lift and move boxed merchandise safely.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail and direct stockroom/inventory responsibilities is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in retail, fashion or a related field advantageous.
