Sales & Stock Support at Chanel Vancouver Oakridge Boutique – 12-month temporary full-time role supporting retail operations and inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by telephone, responding promptly to internal and external queries while keeping clients informed appropriately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, including prompt responses to requests from Boutique Management and Head Office
  • Assist on the shop floor as required, applying Chanel customer service standards including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, and escorting clients to departure
  • Assist in inventory management functions including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and consolidation to maintain stock integrity and organization
  • Execute after-sales tasks such as sending sales confirmations and managing repairs
  • Take ownership of secondary stockroom organization and maintenance in partnership with Fashion Advisors
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed
  • Accurately document messages and deliver them to Fashion Advisors on a timely basis
  • Ensure back-office areas remain clean and tidy, with cash and wrap stations prepared and adequately stocked
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the company's commercial activities and internal affairs

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in retail operations and/or inventory management
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong customer service mindset and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience
