Role & Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, high-quality service to clients, boutique management, colleagues and Head Office.
• Support the shop floor as needed by welcoming clients, presenting new collections and escorting clients to the door as appropriate, in line with CHANEL service standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management in the boutique and other boutiques, and with CHANEL Head Office as required.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift-wrapping parcels.
• Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
• Keep memos and information notices current and posted in each area and staff room.
• Assist with inventory management, including shipments, transfers, cycle counts and consolidation.
• Complete after-sales tasks, including sending sales and repairs.
• Maintain inventory integrity and organization, and partner with Fashion Advisors on back-of-house organization.
• Take ownership of stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Keep back-office areas clean and tidy, and ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

Qualifications

• Successful experience in retail operations and/or stock in a luxury or fashion environment.
• Shipping knowledge and back-office experience are strong assets.
• Passion for client experience, detail, fashion and luxury.
• Self-driven, positive and independent.
• Trustworthy, with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Lives in or around Knokke and is available full-time from March to December.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.
