Chanel Part Time Sales and Service Administrator position at New Bond Street, London. Permanent part-time role (3 days/week) managing POS operations and client services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage point-of-sale operations including opening and closing procedures, float reconciliation, and transactional processing
  • Engage with clients during the final transaction stage, delivering exceptional service and resolving any payment-related queries
  • Ensure strict compliance with POS Compliance Manual requirements, anti-money laundering regulations, and quota management protocols
  • Maintain client data accuracy, update CRM records, manage GDPR opt-ins, and merge duplicate accounts as needed
  • Administer remote sales transactions through Pay by Link (PBL) and Adyen portal, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Manage inventory through RFID stock level reconciliation and boutique tracker documentation
  • Replenish and order point-of-sale stationery including till rolls, client data capture cards, and receipt envelopes
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by responding promptly to internal and external inquiries and maintaining proactive communication
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback forums to maintain collaborative operations
  • Uphold absolute confidentiality regarding Chanel's commercial activities and internal affairs
