Role & Responsibilities
- Manage point-of-sale opening and closing procedures, including float verification and reconciliation
- Engage with clients during the transactional stage of purchases, ensuring courteous and professional service
- Execute all compliance requirements outlined in the POS Compliance Manual, including anti-money laundering and identification checks
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to internal and external queries
- Replenish and order front-of-house stationery supplies, including till rolls, client data capture cards, and receipt envelopes
- Ensure RFID accuracy by processing sales to maintain precise stock level records
- Manage quota tracking and maintain accurate boutique tracker documentation
- Update client details, merge accounts where necessary, and maintain CRM opt-in compliance and GDPR standards
- Administer remote sales (Pay by Link) transactions and manage Adyen portal payments with strict accuracy and compliance oversight
- Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs at all times
- Participate actively in training programmes to develop selling skills and product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative engagement and reliable attendance
