Chanel Amsterdam internship: Sales and Operations Support Intern role combining boutique floor support, customer service, and operational tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and support excellence in customer experience across the sales floor
- Assist fashion advisors in providing tailored service to local and international clients
- Participate in Message Mode training sessions prior to new collection launches
- Manage back-office supplies including packaging, beverages, stationery, and uniforms
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain optimal boutique display standards
- Process follow-up requests for after-sales services and customer inquiries
- Support stock management operations including goods reception, expedition, and inventory counts
- Implement stock optimization initiatives in coordination with the stock manager
- Facilitate inter-boutique transfers and maintain inventory accuracy across locations
Qualifications
- MBO-4 or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Availability for 40 hours per week including weekend shifts
- Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands
