Chanel — Amsterdam: Sales & Operations Support Intern (internship). Assist sales and retail operations with order processing, inventory and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and retail operations teams, including order entry, invoice follow-up and documentation management.
- Assist with stock control activities: reconcile inventories, support replenishment processes and prepare stock movement reports.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports, analyse basic data trends and present actionable observations to managers.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouses and third-party service providers to ensure timely execution of operational tasks and deliveries.
- Support CRM and clienteling activities by maintaining accurate client and transaction records and helping with routine communication tasks.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects to streamline sales-to-delivery workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business administration, retail management, supply chain, fashion management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, ability to prioritise competing tasks and adapt within a dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Internship or 0–1 years of practical experience in retail, sales support, logistics or administrative roles is preferred; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university-level programme in business, retail management, supply chain, fashion or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
