Chanel S&OP Manager position in Mexico City. Lead integrated sales and operations planning with cross-functional teams to drive demand-supply alignment and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales and operations plans that align demand forecasting with supply chain capabilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and meet revenue targets
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
- Conduct monthly S&OP reviews and business reviews to assess performance against plan and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage demand planning processes, including market analysis, promotional planning, and seasonal adjustments
- Coordinate with global supply chain partners to ensure alignment on production schedules and inventory allocation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations planning, supply chain management, or related business operations
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a complex, multinational environment
- Advanced proficiency in demand planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Spanish

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and operations planning, supply chain management, demand planning, or business operations roles. Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end S&OP cycles within complex, matrix-driven organizations is essential. Experience in the luxury or consumer goods sector is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, economics, or a related quantitative discipline. Advanced certification (APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) is preferred.
