Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique.
• Provide each client with a warm, bespoke service experience.
• Provide after-sales service.
• Help maintain the boutique.
• Assist sales associates during client presentations.
• Contribute to the boutique’s team spirit and performance with elegance, enthusiasm, modesty and an open mind.
• Support teams during presentations via digital salons.
• Assist the Client Service Manager with administrative tasks.
• Manage incoming and outgoing repaired pieces, including shipping, receipt and closure of requests.
• Process estimates, obtain approvals and communicate lead times to clients.
• Track cases and communicate with workshops.
• Support the sales team and manager on the boutique floor.
• Check after-sales service items before returning them to clients.
• Welcome local and international clients and provide excellent service when they deposit or collect items.
• Support sales associates with remote order follow-up and online appointments.
• Use interpersonal skills to turn dissatisfied clients into loyal clients.
• Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators.
• Analyze sales and boutique results, including daily performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc analyses according to managers’ needs.
• Assist with preparing and presenting team briefings.

Qualifications

• Interest in watchmaking and/or jewelry, and a desire to gain experience in retail.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for the craftsmanship, technical expertise and style of Chanel’s Watchmaking and Jewelry business.
• Dynamism and rigor.
• Versatility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
