Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and exceptional in-store experiences advising clients on makeup, fragrances, and facial treatments
- Perform makeup applications and provide comprehensive beauty consultations across all product categories
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Rotate across Chanel boutiques throughout Mexico City retail chains
- Complete expense reports and sales documentation with accuracy
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand customer portfolio
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of professional experience in beauty product sales (makeup, fragrances, and skincare)
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-driven mindset with proactive engagement and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic Excel for reporting purposes

Experience
Minimum four years of demonstrated experience in luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics sales, including direct client interaction in makeup, fragrance, and skincare product categories.
Education
Makeup certification or professional makeup course preferred.
